Leandra Gamboa is a California-licensed attorney with over five years of experience practicing U.S. business immigration law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Associate at a large international immigration law firm, where she provided expert legal counsel to more than 90 small, mid-size, and large corporations.
Leandra’s practice includes developing tailored immigration strategies, advising on complex matters involving nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, conducting risk assessments, and preparing clients for consular interviews. She has significant experience preparing and filing EB-1 petitions (extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, multinational executives and managers), EB-2 National Interest Waivers, H-1B, O-1, L-1, and TN petitions, and responding to Requests for Evidence and other government inquiries. She also ensured client compliance with U.S. Department of Labor regulations for PERM labor certification applications. Leandra is deeply committed to supporting clients and their employees throughout the immigration process. She has supervised legal support teams, contributed to firm-wide professional development and inclusion initiatives, and actively participated in pro bono efforts including naturalization clinics and asylum matters. Her early legal background includes experience in criminal defense and immigration litigation, as well as advocacy work during law school with the Immigration and Deportation Clinic at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Leandra’s depth of knowledge, collaborative approach, and dedication to client success make her an exceptional addition to the firm. |
